About

Natalie Badawy is a psychotherapist, wilderness guide, and spiritual healer whose work honors the deep intelligence of the body and the sacred nature of healing. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Spirituality and Depth Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #149747). Since 2021, she has supported clients across California through the deep work of transformation—offering therapy that is intuitive, trauma-informed, and soul-led.

Natalie’s path to this work began at a young age, shaped by her own experiences of wounding—and the profound healing offered by the natural world. She also comes from a family of healers—people who have long held space for suffering and transformation in their own ways. That lineage lives in her hands and presence, guiding her toward an approach that is both intuitive and deeply attuned.

Her clinical work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, and depth psychology. She supports clients navigating sexual trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship challenges, and spiritual crisis. In every session, she aims to create a space where people feel deeply seen, heard, and safe to reconnect with their truest self.

At the heart of Natalie’s philosophy is the belief that our emotional wounds live in the body—and that healing emerges when we gently reunite the mind, body, and soul. She trusts in the wisdom of the nervous system, the power of dreams, and the symbols that arise when we become still enough to listen.

In addition to her psychotherapy work, Natalie leads wilderness-based rites of passage programs and spiritual healing sessions that support people in deepening their connection to land, themselves, and the sacred. Her practice is informed by years of sitting in diverse ceremonies, studying with medicinal and spiritual healers, and honoring personal rituals of prayer, silence, and time in wild landscapes.

She lives in Los Angeles, California and her days are shaped by slow walks in the hills. At the heart of all her work is a quiet prayer—that each person may feel the presence of their own soul again, and that in doing so, they may remember they are never alone.
